We're looking for a Chief Experience Officer who will take on the responsibility for developing and implementing the overall programming of World of Volvo. Together, we will create a vibrant meeting place, conveying the essence of the Volvo brand. Are you up for the challenge?

What we would like to offer
As Chief Experience Officer for World of Volvo you will be responsible for creating and delivering the content that meets the customer when visiting our new Brand Experience Centre in the city centre of Gothenburg.
With a theme-based approach in content creation, that holds everything that we plan to offer in the house together, your job will be to guarantee a fantastic customer experience.
This is a unique opportunity where the right candidate has a chance to influence the programme development from the start when World of Volvo opens its doors in the springtime of 2024.
As Chief Experience Officer you will be part of the World of Volvo Senior Management Team. You will create and develop programme content in World of Volvo as well as plan and book events and entertainment and lead the Guest Relations team.
In this role, you will monitor the experience delivered to customers and continually innovate the brand experience to exceed customer expectations. You will increase customer satisfaction and secure repeat visits.
Moreover, you will track, measure, and analyse commercial metrics using KPIs and perform market research as well as analyse current trends.
Also, you have the financial responsibility, such as budgets, forecasts, and actual follow-ups for operational expenses within the area.
Qualifications
• Bachelor and/or Master in Entertainment-, Art- or Event Management
• Hospitality sector experience is an advantage, Meetings & Events in particular
• Hands on operational experience and can-do attitude
• Creative, innovative and customer oriented
• Digital and e-commerce experience
• In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics, data driven
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding Communication and Presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
