CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Your profile:
• Phd, Msc Engineering , MBA or relevant technical and /or financial university degrees
• Proven leadership track record within the technology sector will be seen as a major advantage.
• Team builder; Goal oriented, Self-motivated, Enthusiastic and Persistent
• Strategic and analytical skills
Your mandate:
• Build up the key technical and marketing management team in Karlskoga
• Focus on implementing and accomplish the field-test program
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Monthly technical and financial reporting to the Board
• Implement a marketing entry strategy initially in the Nordic market
• Negotiate strategic production and partnering contracts for fine mechanical components, assembly and distribution
• Develop and implement a 3 year strategic business plan in cooperation with the Board
• Coordinate and further develop R&D and IPR-activities with the parent company.
