We are now looking for a Chief Engineer within Sustainable Power Systems.

This Chief Engineer position is a new role to our organization and a part of our ambition to enhance our product ownership. The Chief Engineer is part of the Sustainable Power Systems management team and manages cross platform requirement and roadmap alignment on a systems and component level. The Chief Engineer also supports the product ownership within the line function with facilitation and coordination. You will be part of shaping both the role and our way of working.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high level technical requirement break down and definition.
Facilitate and coordinate product road maps for components and systems.
Secure an adequate structure of requirements within Systems Engineering.
Set targets for shared technology, standard parts and backwards compatibility.
Plan and initiate necessary product changes in collaboration with product planning and range management.
Develop our methodology for product ownership in alignment with line managers and other functions.
Engaged participation in the management team of Sustainable Power Systems.
