Your responsibilities
As a Design / Chief Engineer, you'll work on engineering tasks related to tissue machine modernizations, improvements, and equipment deliveries. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues in engineering, sales, R&D, procurement, and site operations. Your role will include layout planning, 3D modelling, coordination with subcontractors, and depending on the project, also practical mechanical design engineering work.
This position is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills, gain global experience, and learn from supportive and knowledgeable teams while also contributing your own ideas, curiosity, and technical strength.
Expectations for you
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
Previous experience is a plus but not required, your drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn matter most .
Interest in mechanical engineering, industrial processes, or the tissue industry is an advantage.
Fluent English; skills in Polish, French, Spanish, or German are considered a plus.
Self driven mindset with eagerness to take initiative and learn quickly.
Openminded, curious, and enthusiastic about new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 20-40 days annually within the EU and globally).
