We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Commercial Officer. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize profitability and market share
• Lead the Online team to achieve revenue targets
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Oversee pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer loyalty programs
WHO YOU ARE
• Minimum of 10 years of experience within commercially focused e-commerce roles, retail/fashion industry experience is a big plus
• Fluent in English
• Relevant educational background such as business, economics, management etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth
