For a successful and well-known e-commerce company, we are now looking for a Chief Commercial Officer who will be responsible for sales, commercial strategy, and designing the company's channel strategy. About the role
As Chief Commercial Officer, you have overall responsibility for the commercial strategy in all channels, digital sales, and associated expansion on a global level. You develop and implement strategies and drive establishment and expansion with the aim of strengthening the brand, maximizing relevant exposure, and driving sales. In the role, you take part in the senior management team and report to the CEO.
Responsbilities
Results and budget responsibility for Wholesale, E-commerce, Marketing & Brand, and Online Sales.
Responsible to follow up and ensure that goals and KPIs are achieved
Responsibility for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
Continuously measure and secure profitability and growth in the company's channels
Coach and inspire the team to achieve results and individual development

Your background
To succeed in the role of Chief Commercial Officer, you have solid experience in e-commerce and have led global expansion. You have experience from combined responsibility for sales, and brand marketing and can demonstrate good results from assignments of a similar nature. You have an obvious focus on results and are a driven analyst and dedicated leader with good results in building teams. Furthermore, we believe that you have:
Education in economics, marketing, or engineering
Solid experience in the combination of sales, marketing, and numbers
Experience in leading a growth journey in e-commerce
Previously developed and responsible for commercial plan and sales in e-commerce
Fluent in English, spoken and written

Location & start
The position is located in Stockholm and start date is agreed upon
