About the job Swedbank is on a journey to transform its services into a fully digital and eco-system based set-up, in this journey the Chief Architect is a key position.
As a Chief Architect of Swedbank you will be responsible, in collaboration with the architects' community, for defining Swedbank's Target Architecture and follow the execution towards it as well as decide on deviations from it. You will set the architecture work flow within Swedbank and be involved in strategic undertakings where the Swedbank future business and technology architecture is designed.
The Chief Architect is a senior expert role to start with, managerial responsibilities will be discussed and agreed on based on individual candidate's capabilities.
What you need to succeed Besides deep business and IT architecture skills, you need to have the right personality and capabilities. You must be excellent in communication and relationship building while also retaining efficiency and delivery focus. You must master the art of achieving results through others and engage people in informal relationships. Adjusting yourself in conversations on all levels in the organization must come as something natural for you. Being curious and continuously educating yourself about technology and business trends in banking and beyond is part of your daily life.
