In order to ensure that the restaurant enter the market at the top end, it is crucial that it provides immediate specialist Korean cuisine. Accordingly, Gaya requires an experienced Head Chef and assistant head chef with excellent skills and experience in Korean cuisine. The head chef and assistant head chef will create innovative dishes to high quality standards. She or he will select, prepare and cook traditional and modern Korean cuisine. The head chef and assistant head chef, ensure that health and safety regulations are met and order specialist foods. Fully qualified in aspects of Korean cooking, she or he must have a commitment to quality and standards, good organizational skills.
5 years experience of similar work and that the applicant is fluent in the korean language required.
Application prefereably in the English language.
