We'd like to see that you're having about 5 years of experience in classic American barfood, for example:
BBQ Ribs, Chicken Wings, Gourmet Burgers, TexMex and Chili.
The Head Chef is english speaking only and it is also the common language of the bar, so fluent english is a must.
If you're having experience with american pastries and desserts we'll see that as a plus.
