About Us
We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. Our bar in Kungsholmen was the first BrewDog bar, we have been living and breathing craft beer and tasty burgers for over five years now!
About The Role
We are looking for an awesome, full-time chef that will be ready to hit the ground running at our bar in Kungsholmen. You'll be serving up our super popular burger menu, developed by BrewDog, and working to deliver the best possible food in good time to an exceptional standard for our hungry customers.
Our bar is open 7 days a week, lunch til late, so shift times will vary.
About The Team
We are a small but tight family at BrewDog Kungsholmen and the bar & kitchen work very closely together, we are looking for cool personalities that focus 100% on delivering the best possible guest experience in our hop temple.
About You
You should have a few years documented experience, and a good knowledge of the economy of a kitchen and the importance of food safety and kitchen cleanliness. The role is quite independent so we expect you to be able to manage your own responsibilities in the kitchen. Positivity, motivation and a passion for tasty food are all essential!
