The food is inspired by the more healthy and entertaining aspects of Lebanese cuisine with Mezze dishes at the forefront. Our Mezze dishes create an impressive variety of colors, flavors, textures and scents, ranging from simple Mezze such as pickles, hummus and bread to grilled marinated seafood.
we are looking for a chef with relevant practical experience in the Oriental cuisine. To fit in, it is required that you know and are accustomed to performing well in stressful situations without compromising on quality. It is also essential that you have knowledge of and understands the need for effective food cost control and have a sense for "time management".
