Come and join us at CEVT and become a part of a passionate team that is responsible for the charging and power conversion systems in the Battery & HV electronics department. We mainly work with static power converters (DC/DC, on board charger, wireless charging), requirement balancing, supplier discussions and validation, as well as all related functionality in the car. We secure that the performance, quality and attributes are met under all conditions in all use cases. Since we work with emerging technologies, we are always in the forefront of technology and development. We collaborate with suppliers, with the Geely family development centers and also with universities and institutions to secure that we deliver innovation and front edge technology.
This is what you will do
HV Electronics, Charging and Testing team is responsible for development, integration and validation of charging systems and DCDC:s in our car platform projects. You will work in an agile setup in close collaboration with the team to systematize, handle requirement setting as well as collaborate with and guide suppliers to secure best possible solutions and components.
You will work in a broad context, where you will contribute with your knowledge in different pre-studies and tech projects, as well as our vehicle projects, spanning all the way from small function tweaks to all new ECU setups and collaborations regarding power and energy availability of tomorrow.
Suitable background and experiences
This is a senior role and we are looking for you who has a solid background within EV charging systems and power electronics.
• Holistic system approach.
• Knowledgeable in automotive on board and off board charging systems, e.g. international standards, EMC, SW controls.
• Knowledgeable within power electronics design.
• Good knowledge about interfaces commonly used within Automotive industry, ex. CAN/LIN.
• Extensive knowledge about trends and applicability of new technologies and standards.
• Experience from feasibility studies and system set-up in early phases.
• Be able to work in concepts and early phases of projects.
• Fluent in English (Speaking/Writing).
• Driver's license B.
Merits
• Experience in embedded electronics and ECU development
• Agile way of working, e.g. Scrum or Kanban
• Proficiency in SystemWeaver, Team Center and CarCom
• Familiar with leading Supplier Joint Reviews, reviewing and attending FMEA 's etc.
