We are now looking for a chapter manager that will setup the Software/Technology Architecture sub-chapter within the Architects Chapter.
What you'll do
The Chapter Manager drives the daily work of building a home for our experts through fostering and developing skills and expertise required for deliveries within the product areas, and cross-pollinating knowledge and expertise across teams.
In short as a Chapter manager you are responsible for delivering the right competencies (employees and line consultants) to staff Enterprise Digital teams from your sub-chapter. That includes responsibilities for facilitating decisions about the specific competence area tied to the sub-chapter and responsibility for setting and implementing standards related to the sub-chapter competency across the organization.
You develop people, ensure people's professional growth and career paths and take responsibility to increase the professional knowledge about industry IT trends. You are the line manager for the people in the sub-chapter and ensure that our continuous alignment and feedback processes are followed.
You and your skills
To be successful in this role you need to provide business value to the product areas and clusters and be a key speaking partner to the stakeholders within the product areas. Understand the business needs and the requirements to develop our architecture roadmap for the future. Support our existing and future business models and set a solid multi-year architecture platform enabling new business capabilities supporting end-2-end business flows.
We also think you have Senior Level experience leading and working with Enterprise Software Architecture. Experience manging small to large teams of Architects. You have personal leadership skills to create clarity, show courage and empower teams. Knowledge of Agile development and SAFe framework. You have an ability to evolve and drive the architecture chapter to the next level together with the team.
