Volvo Group is on an exciting transformation journey and the magnitude of the change is huge. Consulting & Change Management (C&CM) will contribute to this journey by providing Digital Consultants (Business Consultants and Change Managers), with strong Consultant profile and a unique combination of Change Management skills and Business Domain knowledge.

We own and drive forward the Business Change Management area within Volvo Group Digital & IT and work closely with our Stakeholders to secure a successful result focusing on Business- and People side of Change.

We are a group of skilled Consultants located in France and Sweden. Together we nurture a culture where we support and help each other grow. We deliver in both an international and local context as our assignments are all over the Volvo Group.

C&CM is part of Digital Delivery, which is a new function within Volvo Group Digital & IT. The ambition of the function is to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with TD/BAs and Group Functions, as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products.
Together with our digital talents, we will work on improving business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group.

We are now looking for a Consulting & Change Management Chapter Lead in Sweden
In this role you will be reporting to the Head of C&CM Chapter within Digital Delivery, and you will be part of the C&CM Leadership team.

This is how you could make an impact
By leading a local team of Digital Consultants, you help facilitate and orchestrate digital transformation in Volvo Group.

In your role as Chapter Lead C&CM you act as a coaching and inspiring leader to help support and develop your team and you also participate in change initiatives.

As member of the C&CM Leadership team you will play an active part in developing the C&CM organization and the Business Consulting and Change Management area within Group Digital & IT.

You build trust with our Stakeholders through great communication and close collaboration.

Who are you?
We believe you want to take your career to the next level, working with amazing people in the Volvo Group. To be successful in this position, you will need a university degree and several years of experience from leading people.

You also need to have a good knowledge of Business Consulting and/or Business Change Management.

You have a passion for building and developing high performing teams and you are a skilled communicator with a strong sense of making people feel included. You strive to proactively drive strategic changes to meet evolving business needs and explore new models/ways of working.
