As the Chapter Lead Solution Architects Truck Sales Sweden for Architect Chapter, you will be key in managing the architecture competence in the Chapter and across the Digital & IT community, including supporting methods.
You will be part of the Architecture Chapter management team and report to the Head of Chapter Solution Architect for the function.
You will be a key contributor to build and develop architecture competence to support the North Star IT Architecture. This includes attracting and developing the right set of talents and people. You will succeed in this by participating and contributing to the running architect community and enabling knowledge sharing between practitioners. This also includes securing external input on best practices from relevant peers and industry consultants.
Also responsibilities such as:
Manage capacity planning and new requests for Architects
Ensure short- & long-term capacity of resources vs. Demand, providing best in class Solution Architects to delivery teams in all regions
Keep an operational engagement as Architect in Products or Projects
Who are you?
You have a proven background as a Solution Architect or manager with architecture competence with experience from leading and developing a truly agile team with a relevant university degree. You have the ability to start defining and delivering enterprise level architecture on a global and de-centralized business environment, engaging and developing the architecture function. With additional experience from a digital transformation journey you will have the right set of tools to handle the challenge.
In addition to this you have:
Strong knowledge of information technology trends and emerging technologies
Good familiarity with the disciplines of enterprise digital development and technical architecture
Deep understanding of the cost drivers in systems delivery and operations and the business consequences of the technical decisions made
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior business-leaders and IT leadership
You are passionate about leading, inspiring and developing the people around you. You have the capability to both think strategically but also to operate and implement change tactically when required, dealing effectively with ambiguity and managing changing priorities. You believe in continuous learning and are passionate about driving strategic & technological transformation in a business focused, fact-based and collaborative way to achieve real impact. You are energized by working both independently and interdependently and cross functions.
