Overview
You as a channel sales manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with channel partners in your assigned territories. You are responsible for achieving sales and profitability. You also evaluate and recruit new channel partners. You will represent the entire range of Anima's products.
Responibilities
Establish productive and professional relation with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Coordinate involvement of company personnel.
Proactively lead a joint partner planning process.
Support partner's sales, PR, and marketing activities in the field.
Manage potential channel conflicts.
Ensure partner's compliance with partner agreements.
Drive company programs among assigned partners.
Accountabilities and performance measures
Achievement of sales quota for assigned territories.
Meet assigned profitability expectations.
Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings.
Organizational alignment
Coordination with Product Marketing.
Coordination with Customer support.
Coordination of executive management involvement.
You will report to the Director of Sales at Anima
Qualifications
University degree, preferably in Business Administration.
Minimum three years of channel sales experience working with distributors and/or agents.
Experience from the Watch and Jewellery industry is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English, other languages are a strong advantage.

Working conditions
This position requires extensive travelling.
Job location is Malmö, Sweden.
