We are looking for a passionate and skilled Channel Program Manager within Interior Designers & Small Architects.
You will be responsible to develop, implement meet customers and drive the channel marketing strategy for the Interior Designer & Small Architect (ID&SA) customers in country.
The role requires collaboration across the Schneider Electric business with the Product, Sales and Field Marketing teams to ensure the ID&SA channel meets their marketing objectives (marketable data base generation and digital engagement) and convert influence into sales.
Responsibilities
Build country Interior Designer & Small Architect Channel strategy
• Measure business potential, identify sub-segments to target and map the accounts
• Understand Interior Designer and Small Architects local ecosystem (design tools, inspirational tools, platforms, portals, local associations, leadership events, key opinion leaders, influencers, and potential partners)
• Understand the competitive market environment
• Understand the customer journey and its demand drivers and meet customers
• Create an integrated program that includes demand generation, digital tools, commercial excellence, and training
• Build the annual Interior Designer & Small Architects Channel marketing & sales plan in line with the Division Playbook and the Assessment Guidelines
• Define the Interior Designer & Small Architect channel budget
• Drive regular benchmarks to assess competitors and SE positioning
Animate the Sales (when there is a dedicated sales team)
• Design and implement commercial action plans to expand market coverage and saturate the channel
• Coach sales representatives on their visits with Interior Designer & Small Architect and Developers
• Establish business objectives
