Job Responsibilities

> You will grow business with Distribution Partners for our Audio & Video products to meet business targets.
> You will work in close cooperation with the sales team of Channel Partners. Channel Partner Sales Team = Harman Sales Team.
> Ensuring all assigned Channel Partners are meeting HARMAN performance expectations in Sales, Marketing, Operations, forecasting and reporting.
> You will work in team across all functions of the business from Sales, Customer service, Technical Service, Marketing, Operations to Management, to implement the strategic plan, by effective tactical goals, sales processes and reporting procedures.
> You will proactively lead joint Partner planning processes that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive Partner relationship.
> Monitor performance of the existing product range, identifying market trends and opportunities for new product development.
> You will deliver and coordinate training and technical support to all categories of Clients, focusing on Designers, Influencers and Consultants by transferring technical expertise from the Company to the wider Audio/Video community.

On behalf of our client, HARMAN, ISG is looking for an ambitious and talented Channel Manager for the Nordics.

Basic Qualifications

> Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience.
> You have managed Distribution Partners in either professional Audio/Video industry or within the UCC market.
> You have a thorough understanding and "hands-on" experience of all professional Audio equipment or of related technologies.
> You have proven sales experience within the AV industry.
> You speak one Nordic language in addition to English.
> Home Office based, ideally based in Sweden - Stockholm or Gothenburg - but also possible in Norway or Denmark.

Eligibility Requirements

> Willingness to travel 60% of the time.
