The purpose of this role is to grow Plant Components & Processing Consumables business through channels & partners by successful management & implementation of the channel management strategy.
Furthermore, you will be responsible of aligning cross function & with key suppliers.
What you will do
Cooperate with other areas of the business to secure an aligned strategy
Develop & drive professional management of Plant Components channels
Support the markets in selection of new channels
Align go to market models with suppliers
Support markets in deployment of the strategy
Monitor channel performance & pulse with the markets, especially key actions & activities to drive growth
Secure the business objectives
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with a background in Plant Components and experience working with channels
A university degree within engineering or equivalent is required, and ability to demonstrate you have >5 years of practical technical sales experience in an international environment to the food processing industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
