At Schneider Electric, we are currently looking for a Nordic Channel Manager who will be part of our exciting journey in Telemecanique Sensors.

Your important job
Your focus is to raise awareness of our products and their application. It is your responsibility to generate profitable sales growth and increase the market share of Telemecanique Sensors in the Nordics through our distributors.
You develop and implement distributor partner programs. You will work closely with - and get support from - the Northern Europe Cluster Leader, the Nordic Sales & Marketing Team, and the Industry sales engineers.
You are based in Denmark or in Sweden, and as you have a Nordic responsibility you will be travelling around the Nordic countries on a regular basis visiting distributors, clients, partners, and colleagues.

Your activities
You manage the relationship and have the ownership of a group of distributors to meet sales objectives. This entails:
• Develop, maintain, and utilize proactive relationships with key channel management to create new opportunities for Telemecanique Sensors
• Implement joint action plans between Telemecanique Sensors and the distribution channel
• Develop, execute, and ensure follow through of the business planning process and operational program implementation
• Manage and support the launch of new offers to encourage growth of market
• Meet distributors' specifications and terms and conditions (contractual, technical, and commercial)
• Drive implementation of programs, pricing, strategies, and business models
• Utilize available resources (e.g. trade shows, networking, industry publications, market data) to grow knowledge of market intelligence
• Utilize various pricing strategies (e.g., change order, construction, etc.)
• Attend joint visits with the distributor's sales force
Your background and experience
• To be successful in the job, you need to have a proven track record in partner sales in the industry. You have a technical degree at university level within the electrical, or automation field with +5 years of relevant industry sales experience.
• You are an excellent communicator with good oral and written communication skills in both one or more of the Nordic languages and English, and you have experience in working with clients in the Nordics. We will value your personal initiative and responsibility in this independent job - with a strong focus on execution, and you will appreciate the personal influence, the clear results, and the networking opportunities this job entails.
• You are business oriented, and you need to be able to simplify and clarify complex issues using your strong offer knowledge, analytical ability, and project management skills. You communicate effortless at C-level.
