We are currently hiring an energetic Change Project Manager who can help us improve our current processes and ways of working, in order for our skilled employees to be able to perform at their best. The Change Project Manager will play a key role in leading cross-functional change initiatives across our company.

The role:
We are growing rapidly and see a need to implement a change management strategy to make sure that our projects and initiatives are followed through with minimal employee resistance and highest possible engagement. Currently the main projects include, but are not limited to, changes to business processes, systems and technology.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Leading the planning, introduction, implementation, control and completion of projects and change initiatives
• Defining goals, tasks, risks, opportunities and resource requirements (including budget and deadlines)
• Identifying anticipated points of resistance and develop plans to address the concerns and implement change
• Training project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plans
• Providing ongoing support to managers as they help their direct reports through transitions
• Conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings to Management and employees

You will report to VP Sourcing & Supply.
The Change Project Manager will be located in either Göteborg or Malmö.

Your background:
The role requires a relevant university degree, preferably a Master of Science or Business, together with several years of successful work experience from Project- and Change Management. We believe that you have a background as a senior level Change Management consultant, or a similar background from the industry.

You have strong problem solving skills together with strong decision making abilities. As you will be responsible for securing the acceptance and understanding of the change initiatives throughout the organization, it is important that you have in depth knowledge and experience from using change management principles and methodologies. Exceptional communication skills are required, and you write and speak English fluently.

You will work cross functionally and need to have a good overall business knowledge. You are structured and work effectively at all levels in an organization. You are a team player and have the ability to motivate and influence others and make sure that agreed activities are put into action.
