About The Job
In the position as Change & Communication Lead, you are responsible for leading all change and communication related activities for the Trinity Value Stream (+140 people). The Trinity Value Stream is a newly established organization owing the three capability areas Product Life Cycle Management, Configuration & Order Flow and Supply Chain Management (mERP) within Alfa Laval.
As the Trinity Value Stream is part of Alfa Laval's newly established Digital Enterprise, there are multiple levels of changes and transformation that require attention and support.
* Mobilization of newly established organization, part of Alfa Laval Digital Enterprise
* Introduction of new agile way of working (SAFe) to deliver value sequentially
* Support new ways of working within each Business Unit introducing Trinity
Your primary tasks will be:
* Own and implement change management plan
+ Lead change manager network within the Business Units
+ Develop KPIs with Business Units to track maturity development
* Develop and implement communication plan
+ Develop and maintain stakeholder map
* Be part of Alfa Laval Digital Enterprise change team
The Change & Communication Lead will be part of the Trinity Value Stream management team.
What You Know
You bring at least 10 years of experience from similar roles, with a proven track record from making change happen in successful ways. Experience from international environments and matrix organizations is highly valued. You know your change and communication methods and tools. Your English skills are excellent, both written and verbally. Experience in agile working methods (SAFe) is a strong plus.
