Are you looking for a new challenge within IT Service Management? We are looking for a talent to join our IT Service Management team in Malmö, Sweden.
The IT Service Management team is a Global function within ASSA ABLOY Global IT Shared Service Center (GSSC). Global IT Shared Service Center is managing ASSA ABLOYs shared infrastructure and global applications as well as application management for selected divisional solutions. The GSSC strategy is that the services we offer are outsourced in a multi-sourcing setup.
As a member of the IT Service Management team you will be part of a team executing the ITSM strategy within GSSC, working closely within the ITSM team, GSSC, our partners and divisional IT.
The role will involve you in all areas of IT Service Management both operational and tactical.
Your work assignment
As a Change Manager your main area of work will be focused on delivering change management service for GSSC. You will handle operational change management tasks, such as processing quality changes, lead CAB meetings and contribute to cross service scheduling. You will participate in development and improvement of change management within our services. Part of the work will be to contribute and drive Global IT Shared Service Center ITSM improvement initiatives to deliver business value to ASSA ABLOY.
Your background
To be the driven Change Manager that we seek, we believe that you should have at least 3 years of experience working with IT Service Management. You have expert knowledge in ITIL Service and Delivery Processes and experience of integrating those in an international enterprise. It is an advantage if you have Knowledge and knowhow of IT Infrastructure and application development.
It is important that you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
Your personal qualities
You have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills accompanied with a team player attitude and customer focused mindset.
