Do you want to be an important part of a unique change journey? As a Change Manager in PDU Transport you will be deeply involved in the core internal projects and initiatives. You will have the possibility to make real impact in a business with exciting challenges ahead.
We are looking for a structured and driven Change Manager with great passion for evolving PDU Transport's operations. Our task, as Operations Unit, is to identify, initiate and push changes to ensure a world-class development environment. We expect you to contribute significantly to this.

As a Change Manager, you will work across the whole organization in a role with strategic importance:
• Drive programs which aim to improve the efficiency and profitability of the organization
• Drive the SW/Agile development culture
• Advise and coach line managers in handling complex situations where their team needs to undergo considerable change.
You will also have operational tasks such as:
• Keep track of trends, latest news and external benchmark to ensure best in class development environment
• Work actively to ensure that the operation of the PDU TP works well
• Be the PDU interface towards EITTE
• Create and follow up communication and training plans.
• Hold workshops, conduct interviews and some trainings.
In the position as Change Manager we value
You are curious, engaged and independent. You can quickly develop an understanding of Ericsson's changing and international business, organization and people.
• You have a relevant Bsc/Msc and 3-5 years of experience as line manager or equivalent.
• You have experience of working with Software Development
• You have experience of working successfully in implementation or change projects, preferably in an international setting.
• Track record of demonstrating a positive can-do attitude
• Track record of driving software culture transformation
• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Fluent English, both written and orally, is a requirement.
To succeed in the role, you are an experienced leader with solid knowledge of change management and a strong efficiency focus. You can analyze and balance the demands for more efficient development environment. As a person, you are good at motivating, engaging, and building trust.
