The Change Manager Junior will belong to the Change Management team and will work to independently drive business transformation activities with change management deliverables. This position will support with communication, training and change impact assessment activities at a country level, organize and ensure a successful key user training delivery, and work closely with the local project team.
Key responsibilities
• Working with multiple stakeholders to support business transformation activities at country level
• Create communication materials to be used at a central or country level
• Organize key user training, including scheduling, preparation of the trainers, training material, logistics and closely follow-up the execution
• Coordinate and prepare for business transformation meetings and workshops
• Follow-up towards business transformation deliverables and milestones,
compilation of project progress reports, input into Steering Committee materials and communications to stakeholders
• Support in organizing, if required, User Acceptance Test activities
• Support and follow-up on change impact assessment
• Support business cutover activities
• Support and execute Post Go-Live activities
• Provide virtual and onsite support to local project teams
• Identify risks and issues that might affect the project
• Execute tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve project goals
• Partner with Electrolux business organizations to define and deliver business solutions

To be successful you have the following skills and experience:
• Experience of working in large, cross-functional programmes/projects in an international organization either in project management roles or change management
• Educational background in psychology or business (preferable)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to effectively communicate with project team leads, team members, and consultants who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines and handle difficult stakeholders
• Ability to manage change, uncertainty, high-stress environment
• Excellent level of English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus

Who you will work with:
• You will be part of the IT Project Management organization, which consists of project managers and change managers
• You will be part of the Change Management team and report to the Change Management Lead
• You will be working with central IT and business teams, as well as local project teams

Who we are:
The Change Manager Junior role will belong to the Electrolux European IT Project Management Office. Today we are 20 people working in different kind of roles like Project Managers, Portfolio Managers and Change Managers etc. We are driving strategic projects from all business regions and sectors in the Group with a lot of focus on consumer facing projects like eCommerce, 360 consumer journeys and digitalization initiatives in all forms to pure IT Operations projects like exchange of hardware. We are running a large transformation program within the Consumer Services European organization. The project focus is a consumer centric transformation where we are changing ways of working and systems to provide a better consumer journey when our consumers contact us for service bookings and other information. This transformation is an enabler to get to know our consumers better (through having the relevant data) and in turn, offer a better consumer experience and relevant products and services. The roadmap has been approved for 2021 for several European countries.
