WHAT YOU'LL DO
As ITIL Change Manager for online e2e, you will play a critical role in shaping how change is managed across our decomposed ecommerce landscape. You will work in a team consisting of Service Integration and process managers working together to secure the customer experience for HM online. Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
Design, implement, and continuously improve a fit-for-purpose ITIL-aligned Change Management process.
Establish and embed clear, scalable ways of working (WoW) that support structured change and minimize risk.
Lead the Online Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure effective governance of all changes across IT and business units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure change process development align with strategic goals and operational readiness.
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor change performance and drive data-informed improvements.
Act as a change champion, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement with focus on automation.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll work closely with IT operations, value streams, product managers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. You'll also collaborate with other service delivery specialists to align change with incident, problem, and release management processes.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with...
Proven experience in ITIL Change Management, ideally in a greenfield or transformation environment.
Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 principles and the ability to tailor them to a developing organization.
A track record of designing and implementing ITSM processes from scratch.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy).
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is required.
