Quickspin is an online slot game provider with the pursuit of creating the most thrilling experience ever. We also happen to be really awesome. To continue the success story, we are now looking for a driven Change Manager to join the team in Stockholm.
About the role
The European gambling industry is changing with several large markets being regulated, introducing new regulatory requirements in a fast pace. As a Change Manager at Quickspin, you will play a leading role in our software development and will be responsible for owning and driving our change management process. Currently, the change management process is up and running, but it needs to be more scalable. We recently got ISO 27001 certified, and that implies change management to span the whole software management process. Next on the agenda is to introduce a software tool to better handle change management - and this is where you come in!
In your role, you will be a part of Quickspin's Project Management Office (PMO) where we work in small teams with the ambition to always keep improving the way we work. Needless to say, we are seeking a positive and driven individual with the ambition to create the best possible conditions for delivering software on time, and on budget! Within the PMO we also share some responsibility areas among us, and besides from change management, you will take part in our other key processes (Release-, and Project Management), collaborating with other departments. You will be managing both internal and external stakeholders, setting expectations and communicating reality as well as visions. You will also be working with some of the best talent in this industry and your knowledge and experience will be an invaluable factor to make our company grow.
Qualifications and Experience
Besides a huge interest in change management, we would like you to have:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience with change management in software development within the IT-industry.
• Good understanding of ITIL.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Big ambition and ownership of our change management process.
• A passion for improving processes.
• Experience of ITSM tools, like ServiceNow or similar.
• Experience of handling change management requirements for regulated online gambling markets (iGaming).
• Experience of handling change management in the context of ISO 27001.
• Experience with Jira is meriting.
• Experience of release management is meriting.
• Experience of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean is meriting.
• Previous experience from working in other roles (like developer or QA) within software development is meriting.
