About the job
In this position, you lead the work to improve awareness, understanding and adoption of our business-driven digital strategy and roadmap - known internally as the Business Platform Strategy and the Six Moves. By developing and executing change management strategy, objectives, and plans, you understand and demonstrate ownership of new behaviours and ways of working required to deliver our digital shift. Measuring change is vital, and you develop methods to measure tangible changes in awareness, understanding and adoption levels over time - as well as the effectiveness of communication and change activity.
Your responsibility also includes the following:
Development of strategic narrative and key messaging in collaboration with key stakeholders to create awareness, understanding and engagement with the Business Platform Strategy, Digital Shift Enablers and required new ways of working.
Gaining agreement and definition of the culture and expected ways of working associated with the Business Platform Strategy and Digital Shift Enablers at different organizational levels and within other Divisions.
Develop and run impactful and relevant campaigns and events to engage stakeholders and build awareness and understanding.
Coaching and mentoring others in change management and communication.
Regularly seeking opportunities to align with existing change management, communication and engagement forums.
The location for this job is at our modern office Gasverket in Stockholm.
About you
We're looking for someone with a degree in business analysis or equivalent, combined with experience in Change Management. If you also have a few years of experience in Project Management, it's considered a plus. You know presenting and arranging meetings. As we work globally, you need to be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
