We are looking for a Change Management Partner for APM Terminals Gothenburg to take an active part as driver of our transformation journey in strategic and tactical level. This position offers the possibility to use your skills to drive change management for our strategically important projects to ensure effective and impactful change for all parties.

Your will be based in Gothenburg and your workplaces will be our terminals Gothenburg, in close cooperation with our terminal in Aarhus, make up APM Terminals Nordic. Both terminals are the biggest in their respective countries and constitute a critical link in the import and export flow of Sweden and Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibility covers the terminal in Gothenburg and work will mainly be local. As part of APMT Nordic some travel activity must be expected. You will report to the Head of Transformation Nordic, as is a part of Nordic Management Team, reporting to APMT Nordic MD.

You hold the local responsibility to facilitate a smooth transformation process for a diverse group of stakeholders with varying needs at APMT Nordics by driving change management. You are responsible for identify and assess local change impact for the planned and ongoing projects to devise change and secure business continuity. Change Management is not only related to projects but also to the overall transformation journey and behavioral/cultural development within our terminals.
The specific activities in this manner will be quite diverse and will be aligned from time to time. High level-activities are planning and progress tracking, communication, stakeholder management, risk management, resource management and business alignment.
You will support, coach and push project leaders, managers and stakeholders throughout at all levels in the organization.

Your main tasks will be:
Build change management project plans for our transformation journey as well as each project you follow, in order to ensure on time execution of the deliverables and secure business continuity.
Work with plans and actions within people and leadership area to support our journey of strengthening leadership, culture and mindset.
Ensure and take into account the employee experience when building the change management plans, liaising with HR when needed.
Investigate "as is" and together with owners in organization define processes and structure of "to be". Also including finding the way of working with this process mapping.
Ensure regular reporting to management in all levels of company, internal as well as global if needed.
Facilitate the implementation of change as per the impact assessment previously performed: Identify new skills & behaviors required, redesign jobs, roles & org, develop talents & skills.
Work together with people at all levels within the organization & external parties who might be skeptical to accept new concepts, practices and approaches.

We are looking for:
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have previous hands-on experience in working with change management and transformation in a blue-collar organization. You are persistent and used to keeping dialogue with workers unions, project leaders as well as leaders at all levels in organization.

Furthermore, we think that you have:
Business/management or communication school, Bachelor or higher degree preferable
5+ years of experience with hands on experience of leading organizational changes, process, tools or any key/transformational change initiatives within a fast-moving environment.
Deep knowledge of change management tools and methodologies.
Excellent Project management skills, organization (multi-tasking) and time management.
Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken
Dynamic profile with drive, pro-activity and strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, including with senior leadership.
Enjoy thinking out of the box and have are willing to go the extra mile to meet project deliverables
Have the guts, self-confidence and abilities to challenge, push and coach all our teams
Excellent workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt to local cultural differences
Have a personality that inspire, motivate, and engage people in all levels
Open minded, positive attitude and high drive to succeed and break through barriers
