About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic change agent and project leader to join the Technology, Digital and Sustainability (TD&S) People team. You will support the DXP set-up and transformation, and lead various projects focused on TDS employee engagement, learning & development, and community building. This position will report to the TD&S VP for HR & Communication.
TD&S is a new function focused on building premium, smart/connected experiences across the product portfolio and across price points while also supporting a lower cost to produce all appliances. Together with the product lines, TDS will define and create solutions that resonate with consumers, helping them lead more sustainable lives. At the same time, this function will bring more efficiency across our R&D teams through common solutions, processes and working methods.
What you'll do:
You will become a crucial part of the TD&S People team where you will:
• Lead & facilitate change management and people initiatives
• Communicate the change, its objectives, and the steps involved
• Educates employees on why the change is necessary and how it aligns with the org.'s goals.
• Engaging stakeholders at various levels by involving them in the change process to foster a sense of ownership and commitment
• Addressing Concerns and Resistance by providing clarity, acknowledging apprehensions, and offering support or resources to mitigate uncertainties.
• Leads and delivers programs and projects as needed
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis as needed

Qualifications:
• You have at least 5 years' relevant experience in large-scale organizational change efforts
• Ideally you have some experience from a multi-national company and/or working in an international environment towards multi-functional teams
• You have proven experience in leading large-scale projects, engaging stakeholders, completing the project lifecycle, and delivering on project objectives
• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• You have a degree in business and/or background in organization development (OD), behavioral science or industrial psychology
• You are fully fluent in English, written as well as spoken
