Group Manager Active Safety Sensor
Within the group "Driver Assistance & Active Safety" we are recruiting a group manager for "Active Safety Sensor".
Active Safety Sensor is responsible for verification of all sensors used for customer functions related to the IntelliSafe innovations. IntelliSafe includes functionalities such as Full auto brake with pedestrian detection, Adaptive cruise control and Pilot assist etc. The group also plays a vital role in the work towards fully autonomous driving vehicles. The ever-growing number of sensors and system complexity in the vehicle put higher demands of a comprehensive and efficient verification process. The group currently consist of approximately 15 persons.

Required qualifications
Technical education - Master degree or equivalent
Technical leadership
Entrepreneurial experience from developing way of working.
Several years of industry experience

High level of communication skills and teamwork
Fluent in English spoken and written
Capability and willingness to teach, coach and act as mentor
