As a CFO Nordic at Swisslog you have the overall responsibility to lead, coach and manage the Finance department within the Nordic region. You will have 7 employees in your team. You will play a key role in the organization and are expected to contribute to Swisslog's strategy in business development within the region. You will be part of the management team and the EMEA regional finance team. You will report to the Regional Head of Finance for Swisslog.

Main duties

• Lead, coach and manage the Finance department.
• Responsibility for accounting and financial control, in Swisslog's legal entities in Sweden and Norway.
• Ensure compliance with legal tax requirements and group accounting policies.
• Maintain quality and accuracy with the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Support the management team and be a sparring partner to the MD of Swisslog Nordics / Head of Customer Service EMEA in order to achieve the company's objectives.
• Work closely with others in the organization, in particular the project management team.
• Collaborate openly and effectively with the EMEA Regional Head of Finance, and with Swisslog and KUKA's corporate finance teams.

Competence

• Professional Accountancy Qualification or business degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Controller within a commercial company who have operated in a competitive market environment.
• Leadership skills are needed
• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PPT.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge in ERP system SAP.
• Experience of complex technical solutions/projects.
• International work experience is also desirable.
• Experience of working in a smaller context with both strategic and operational focus.
