Our interceptors and fins make the difference between enjoyment and seasickness; between low and high fuel consumption, and between bad and excellent visibility. We bring productivity and reduced environmental impact to marine vessels and provide unmatched onboard comfort for the world of leisure yachting. Since the start in 2002 we have received several awards by Swedish business press and we pride ourselves to bring the smartest products and services to the market, with no compromise between performance and efficiency at sea. Our business is growing and so is our demand for the right people. Together with Oddwork, we 're now looking for our next CFO.
As CFO
Broadly speaking you will be a financial and strategical driving force with a major responsibility for developing our business. This means you will be managing our financial team, developing our processes and performing risk assessments. You will work with accounting including budgeting, financial reporting and submissions, and manage account receivables, account payables and payrolls. You will also act controller. As the world changes and digitalization further rises, we need someone with a clear vision ahead, someone who can digitalize our business through the development of an ERP system and through expanding our capabilities online. What else? Well, we ask you. You're the CFO after all.
We're looking for you ...
who has a genuine interest in developing people and business. You're always enthusiastic about finding smarter solutions and no task is too great or too small. Equipped with your excellent communication skills and financial foresight, you will lead us with great confidence into a clearly defined future. You're not afraid of trying new things or taking risks, but you make sure to do the proper calculations beforehand.
Our five wishes:
• You have a BSc Finance degree or similar in relevant field of competence
• You have strong language skills in both English and Swedish
• You have management experience from a couple years in finance (preferably in an international tech)
• You have experience from ERP and BI systems
• You have a successful track record of scaling up businesses.
