The position
The assignment as CFO is based on close and prestigious collaboration with the company's operational managers. In this position, you will be a central role for Codemill's continued business growth nationally and internationally. You report to the CEO.
You have overall responsibility for financial planning, follow-up, budget, forecasts, financial management, consolidated account statement and salaries. You work on assignments and will act in accordance with the company's vision and future goals and efforts forward. Your business language is English. You have a clear delivery assignment to largely independently be responsible for goal fulfillment both internally and externally. Working closely with your employees and other support functions internally is a prerequisite for you to function in your role as CFO.
Requirements
We are looking for you who is graduate economist and has a solid experience of accounting in a publicly traded company. Your business language is English and Swedish.
You live up to Codemill's leadership criteria; ability to influence others, responsiveness, high social security, change orientation, goal and result orientation, analytical ability, communicative and enthusiastic. You are a person who is able to act professionally and likes to act as the company's financial face outwards.
Location: Umeå alternative west coast USA.
You share Codemill's vision, goals and approach by practicing coaching leadership in action.
