hela Sverige Morgårdshammar AB is a registered company since 1856. The company produces complete plants and equipment for the rolling of long steel products. Morgårdshammar is a worldwide renowned company located in Smedjebacken in Sweden and, since 1987 part of the Danieli Group. Danieli is one of the three largest suppliers of equipment and complete plants to the metal industry worldwide. Morgårdshammar is Danieli's long product rolling mills division, with particular emphasis on equipment for alloy steel products. Another product line includes the design and supply of roller guides for high-speed mills.
As the corporate CFO, you will be responsible for the overall finance and IT functions of Morgårdshammar. The hands-on responsibilities will include project follow-up, producing result reports and analyses, overseeing and hands-on work with the monthly and annual financial statements, and producing the annual report. The CFO will also be responsible for all budgeting and forecasting as well as liquidity management and business support and development. You will play an active role in the management group and be overall responsible for HR and personnel issues.
In order to successfully be able to handle this role, you will have a Master of Science in Business and Economics and/or have several years of relevant experience working with accounting, financial statements and analysis of results. As hands-on management is such a major part of the responsibilities, you will need to have previous management experience to feel comfortable in this role. We prefer that you have experience from the manafucaturing industry in general and that you are well informed about the steel industry in particular. As CFO, you will frequently be in touch with our head office in Italy, so it is important that you are fluent and comfortable in both written and spoken English.
To complete this role, you are also analytical, quality conscious and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills. You will have an open mind to new ideas, demonstrating creativity and an ability to find dynamic solutions. We look for strong motivation and high flexibility in our top candidate and require an efficient and creative attitude, with a natural respect for the corporate rules and culture. We also look for a strong command of MS-Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
