Are you a business-oriented Finance Manager with a high commercial understanding and the ability to make people around you grow and take on new responsibilities? Do you also have a passion for simplicity and the will to take on a leading role in a growing international Medtech company this could be the opportunity for you.

You will be an important part of the Mediplast management and are expected to challenge all parts of the organization towards increased growth, improved profitability, and continued development. You do this by coaching the organization from a commercial and financial perspective covering matters from supply and sourcing to investments and product structures, sales models, and market expansions. Since Mediplast is a growing company, you will also on occasion be engaged in M&A projects.

As CFO for Mediplast you will lead the department while being overall responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and developing all financial processes. This includes:

• Financial risks and compliance due to investments and treasury

• Internal and external reporting, both monthly and annually

• Analyzing and following up on financial trends, and deviations

• Budget, forecast and, business plans to support strategic decisions

• Presenting relevant information to managing director, owners, and the board

As senior manager at Mediplast you need to be an excellent communicator and share information to relevant stakeholders in a proactive and timely manner. While having experience in developing financial processes and system support, you understand the value of simplicity and maintaining focus on goals and business. Without losing sight of the overall business, you are a reliable team player and a stable business partner, contributing both operationally and in the management team with knowledge and insights.

Who are we looking for?

To be able to take on the role and contribute in the right way, we see that you have a university degree in Business and Economics or similar, along with several years of experience as senior Business Controller, Finance Manager, or other business-oriented Manager role in a similar international and growth-oriented organization.

Although your experience is important, we will emphasize your personal qualities, and in that regard, your willingness to take on responsibility, ensuring our continuous expansion. It is important to us that you are self-driven, have high integrity, and a pronounced ability to prioritize and take responsibility for delivering what is needed when it is needed. While being down-to-earth, goal oriented, and enjoying being close to the business, you have a commercial and business-oriented side that enables you to scale up, see the big picture, and drive change. For this position, fluent business English as well as high IT skills are mandatory.

As a person, it comes naturally to you to contribute to a healthy work climate through a humble mindset, a proactive approach, and with a clear vision for the future. You are familiar with a flat organization with fast decision-making processes, providing room for taking significant personal ownership. You also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, partners, and owners, creating conditions for long-term business development.
