Sense is looking for a CFO on behalf of Hyper Island. The position involves leading the finance department and the group's business into a new phase.  You will participate in leadership work and work very closely with the CEO and global Controller. You will be responsible for managing a team of two or more employees.
Your tasks will include working on the company's financing and maintaining contact with banks and investors. You will design and develop financial processes and will be responsible for monthly and annual accounts, the annual report, and the production of budgets and forecasts. You will report to the CEO every week and the board once a month.  You will, of course, take great care to meet deadlines.
You will have many years' experience of group accounting and international reporting from service companies, and will have good experience of analysis work and reporting. You will have documented experience of leading and running a global finance department with streamlining of the finance function, as well as basic knowledge in the fields of tax management, VAT and corporate law.  Previous experience with property would be an advantage.
As a person, you will be outgoing and sociable. You will be challenged and driven by work in a rapidly-growing company and will probably have worked for at least five years in a similar role. Hyper Island also has offices outside Sweden, so the position will involve travel, as you will have global responsibility within your field. You can speak and write English and Swedish fluently.
The position is full time and an appointment will be made as soon as possible. Hyper Island's office is situated at Telefonplan in Stockholm with good transport links.
