The successful candidate will act as strategic partner to the CEO, providing financial and administrative support as well as being the financial spokesperson for the organization. The CFO will be responsible for the business' financial operations, financial planning, funding strategy, reporting and budgeting.
Flexenclosure offers a stimulating, varied and dynamic business environment. The company works primarily in developing nations around the world and is a leader in the field of telecom site power systems. To-date, Flexenclosure has to-date deployed over 3,000 eSite systems across 27 countries worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
• Execution of the company's financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting
• Cash management for the company and its projects
• Financing of company and its projects
• Detailed revenue and costs analysis
• Financial and business risk assessment
• Action plan development to ensure annual financial goals are met
• Supporting the CEO with monthly, quarterly and annual financial plans and reports
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills; a driven, goal-oriented and high tempo work routine; and have a genuine interest in and experience of building an international business. Prior experience of working with Africa and Asia-based projects and customers would be an additional asset.
The preferred location for this position is Vara or Göteborg.
Additional skills and experience required:
• Master's degree in accounting or business administration
• 7+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in an international business environment
• Experience in financing companies and cash management
• Experience in grants and soft financing
• Experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues
• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent reporting/presentation and communicating skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
