Bellman & Symfon has an explicit growth strategy and is currently entering a new, exciting phase - and is offering You a central role. You will get inspiring assignments and meet committed people on a daily basis - often in a global arena.The position holder will manage Group Finance & Admin and be responsible for operation follow-ups as well as for growth and profitability enhancing actions within the corporate group.
The work will be carried out in close co-operation with the Group CEO on various locations globally; at the same time, You will also independently manage Your own projects together with the three region managers, as well as with the Group Function managers (R&D, Quality, Marketing and Supply Chain).
The position is based at the Gothenburg, Sweden office, or at the Wilmington, North Carolina, USA office.

• ...is able to conduct planning, implementation and follow-ups - he or she is able to independently organise and conduct processes of change;
• ...is comfortable in international environments - he or she is not only able to travel frequently, they indeed desire frequent travelling, including trips to our three regional offices and subsidiaries. ...is able to understand and to act based on local conditions without losing focus on the common corporate group strategy;
• ...is a person of high integrity - he or she is able to rise and give his or her opinion, while at the same time being humble enough to be able to accept that others might just possibly possess the better facts;
• ...is able to perform under pressure of time - he or she is able to do many things at once and to work within a tight time frame;
• ...is motivated, and has the time and energy needed to succeed;
• ...is determined - careful, but not frightened;
• ...has finance and administration experience - he or she has a (documented) very strong ability suitable for leading the parent company F&A as well as for setting the guidelines for the corporate group financial and administrative processes and systems. A solid education in finance/financial control at university/college level, as well as multiple-year experience as Business Controller or similar with a technology company with international operations, is hence required.
