CFO to ALTEN
ALTEN Group is seeking to appoint a CFO for the Nordic organization, which consists of Sweden and Finland with around 2000 employees. We are looking for someone with a burning interest for leadership and organizational development and who also wants to work operatively in an international environment.
As our CFO, you will be part of the Nordic head management groups where you report to the Director of the Nordic organization as well as the international CFO. You will work closely with the Swedish and Finnish CEO and you will be responsible for leading and developing our finance departments where functions such as payroll, accounting, invoicing, IT, facilities and purchasing are included.
As a person, you are committed with a strong interest for building and developing efficient business organizations. You are a strong operative leader who has the ability to identify potential among your employees and to coach and support them in their development. Furthermore, you are a highly skilled communicator and you have no problem presenting financial concepts to people with different financial understanding.
Your role
Your main responsibilities as CFO are:
• Leading and developing 7 corporate service managers and their organizations.
• Follow-up and support of operative managers, where strong communicational and pedagogical skills are essential.
• Producing accurate business forecasts and actively contributing to increasing the profit.
• Analyzing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports each month.
• Secure correct reporting according to local GAAP as well as IFRS.
• Manage tax related matters.
• Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to ALTEN Group's board of directors.
• Developing processes and systems according to the ALTEN Group's policies.
• Oversee and lead the monthly forecast and annual budget planning process together with the CEO.
• Manage organizational cash- flow, forecasting and optimize the DSO.
• Support M&A processes.
• Update policies and implement new routines to improve the organization's work procedure.
• Manage issues related to facilities and general service.
Your profile
To be considered for the role as CFO, you are required to have a master degree within finance as well as 10 to 15 years' relevant experience of working within finance preferably in an international environment. You are fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English, spoken as well as written.
You have the capacity to prioritize and organize your tasks in a fast-paced and inconstant environment. Furthermore, you are analytical and have strong problem solving skills, which support and enable fast decision making.
The position is located at our headquarters at Lindholmen, Göteborg but frequent travel will occur, both nationally and internationally.
