We are integrated with more than 400 broadcasters and publishers across Europe. We secure that each material delivered is logged, encoded, quality assured, stored and controlled accordingly to all specifications and deadlines. We streamline the work for advertisers, media agencies, ad agencies, production companies, post houses and media owners.
By managing more than 130.000 deliveries (7.000 brands) each year, Adtoox is one of the largest suppliers in Europe. We integrate 7.600 users and serve over 700 different suppliers (submitting ads). 900 different advertisers have created their own accounts in Adtoox.
Adtoox AB is now expanding at a high pace with entities in Europe, South America and Asia. Therefore we are now looking to recruit a CFO with international experience.
As a CFO your main responsibilities will be
• Develop and implement global strategies.
• Working close with our lawyers, auditors and accountants.
• Researching and presenting best solutions for new and existing entities.
• Establishing and maintaining our entities.
• Incorporating ongoing accounting and payroll services.
• Negotiate and create agreements with various suppliers.
• Budgeting, controlling and analyzing.
• Consolidation of entities.
• Monthly and annual reporting.
• Attend management meeting.
• Quality assure the work performed by all members within the finance team.
• Lead, encourage and drive the performance of all members within the finance team.
As a CFO your skills and qualifications will include
• Previous experience as a CFO from a Swedish global company.
• Financial accounting and leadership.
• Academic degree in relevant areas.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellence knowledge in Swedish and English.
