hela Sverige We are looking for a CFO for the holding that GN Tobacco is a part of.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting the past:
The CFO must make sure that the accounting division is working correct. All the transactions are registered on time and correct.
Audit process is passed smoothly and on time, without any modifications.
Planning the future:
The CFO shall create a realistic financial plan for each company in the holding for the coming financial year.
The CFO and his/her team needs to keep track of what is going on during the year and how accurate does the CEOs keep the plan by providing monthly plan fact sheet.
Analyzing different aspects of the holding:
The CFO shall go into details of different processes. To calculate the efficiency of the factory by machines. The losses of production, their correlation to the production amount and working shifts.
The efficiency of the distribution business. We are planning to start and/or increase the capacity of current distribution to a full range of processed food, alcoholic drinks, chocolate and flowers.
The CFO will communicate with partners and investors on regular basis, use financial modelling to predict outcomes.
The CFO must be able to assess the financial threads and opportunities of the holding companies and conduct different stress tests on possible scenarios.
Establish and develop the relations with financial institutions.
HARD SKILLS
• Master's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or economics;
• Management or leadership experience in the relevant position;
• Chartered CFA, or CIMA or ACCA;
• Proven track record;
• Working knowledge of organizations applicable financial practices and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of state and federal rules and regulations;
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a must, knowledge of Russian is an asset.
