The link between business, HR and finance
As the CFO at ICQ Frost you will be part of an entrepreneurial company where you are given the opportunity to influence future business development. You are offered a strategic key role in the organization where you are responsible for leading and developing the organization?s functions accordingly.
You have overall responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, accounting, monthly reconciliations, and strategic planning. In addition to the finance function you will also be responsible for the company?s HR, such as employment contracts, employee surveys and managing subsidiaries abroad.
To be successful in this position you need to have an analytical mind and be able to understand correlations and deviations in financial controlling.
We are looking for somebody with an MBA or equivalent and relevant years of experience of working with business controlling, preferably in a production company. You are an outgoing person and have a big interest in contributing to the business results, are highly proactive and used to manage issues independently. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English are a must.
The position will be based at the head office in Malmö and you will report to the CEO and the board.
