• Responsibility for all strategic and operative topics in finance, accounting, tax, forecasting, and controlling
• Preparing accurate and reliable yearly financial statements in Swedish GAAP as well as yearly and quarterly statements in IFRS
• Preparing monthly financial information for reporting to headquarter in Munich
• Contact person for external business partner (banks, tax consultancy, auditing company) as well as coordination of internal and external audits
• Participate in board meetings as well as operative meetings with project managers
• Controlling, accounting and reporting of projects based on latest project information, as well as appliance of Percentage-of-Completion method
• Provide accurate, relevant, timely information and advice on all company financial issues (including tax & treasury aspects), in accordance with group policies and procedures
• Develop quantifiable measurements for tracking actual performance against plan and provide periodic forecasts to identify opportunities for improvements
• Support the tender calculation
• Oversee the management of other operational aspects (contracts, benefits, human resources)
Skills/Experience:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in international financial reporting, preferably several years of work
• Possess strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish GAAP and IFRS incl. reconciliation from Swedish GAAP to IFRS accounts
• Special IFRS knowledge: PoC-method, foreign currency valuation and valuation of financial instruments (especially derivatives)
• Experience managing tax, treasury functions (incl. cash-pooling) and working
• Proficient in controlling (incl. project controlling and additionally valuation of project performance and project progress)
• Experience in budgeting, business planning and forecasting
• Excellent skill of English language
• Team player with the ability to work effectively with peers, Management Board, Division Management and the Corporate Department Finance and Controlling of the headquarter in Munich, as well as with external relationships
• Experience with ERP-system Navision
• Self motivated and proactive in completing assigned tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, personifying a high level of open-mindedness
