Do you wish to grow as a CAE Engineer together with several of the leading industrial companies in Sweden? As a CAE engineer within CFD at AFRY you will be working with advanced engineering simulations with focus on fluid mechanics. We are looking for both a newly graduate as well as an experienced CAE engineer to a particular project thus two positions. For these particular positions the work will be conducted partly on-site of our customer. Thereby these positions involve some travel. The position may be changed to a full time on site assignment when/if government Covid-19 restrictions are revoked. We see it as desirable if you have previous experience from Nuclear/Energy sector especially with gas turbines. If you have experience of working as a consultant it is considered an extra advantage. Due to the nature of the projects conducted at our customer it is necessary that the applicants are citizens of the European Union.
Who are you?
You have at least a Master's degree in mechanical or physical engineering with emphasis on fluid mechanics and CFD. It is desirable that you have experience from some of the following CFD-software's: ANSYS (CFX), StarCCM+. You should have good knowledge in Swedish and English, both oral and written. As a person you are meticulous, ambitious, curios and customer oriented. You appreciate team work and understand the added value of working unpretentious together to find the best solution for our customers. You have a sense for details and ability to explain complex technical terms to people in your surroundings. You are good at communicating and documenting your work.
