CCS aims to provide services for the shipping, shipbuilding, offshore exploration and related manufacturing industries and marine insurance by furnishing reliable classification requirements and providing independent, impartial and integral classification and statutory services to ships and offshore installations, for the promotion and safeguarding of the safety of life and property at sea and for the prevention of pollution to the marine environment. CCS is a full member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) and one of major international classification societies. Headquartered in Beijing, China, CCS has about 3,700 employees and established over 80 offices - of which one office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden - forming a global service network. We are now looking for a new colleague to our office in Gothenburg, located at Lilla Bommen 1.
Dina arbetsuppgifterTo assist surveyors input data into management system. File and archive management as well as common office work.
Utbildning och erfarenhetBasic knowledge about product specifications of mechanical or electrical equipment.
Skilled use of common office computer software to edit business documents and automation equipment.
Proficient in English and Swedish.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Arbetstider och omfattningVisstidsanställning 3 - 6 månader
Deltid
Indefinite term. Part time (16 hours per week during Mondays and Fridays). Weekly working time may extended be henceforth
