hela Sverige On behalf of our client, The Talent Company, is looking for a CEO to a scaling Saas-startup within wearables. You will head up a large scale up over the next couple of years, in a company that digitally connect staff, enabling them to be more efficient, satisfied, safe and successful at work
As CEO you will supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.
To thrive you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have solid experience from SaaS-company and deep understanding in tech combined with a strong business mindset.
Responsibilities
Train, lead and motivate
Develop high-quality business strategies and plans to meet short and long-term goals in a scaling company
Ensure strategy alignment with objectives
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they meet high set goals
Build trusting relations with key partners, investors and other stakeholders
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
Ensure the company's complicity with legal and business ethics
Maintain knowledge about the market and industry trends
Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profit
Requirements
Proven experience from 10+years within the software development companies
Proven successful experience business planning and business management
Successful experience from scale ups in the SaaS-industry
Proven experience in successful leadership as CEO/COO or in other managerial position
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and public speaking skills (English)
MBA or MA in business administration/similar relevant field
Deep understanding in joining tech and business goals in a successful way
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
