hela Sverige The candidate will oversee the management of a stem cell start up company that is focusing on developing a cardiac cell therapy for heart disease. The candidate will be responsible for setting up the research lab, hiring scientists, overseeing external collaborations, and pre-clinical development. The Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, physicians, and biology scientists.
This position requires a candidate who has a medical degree from a world renowed university with advanced clinical cardiology and molecular cardiology training. The candidate must be structured, analytical and comfortable in delivering oral and written presentations to healthcare personnel and scientists. The candidate must be fluent in English.
We are a start-up research and development company that is developing new cell based therapies for heart disease. We are setting up operations in a new facility (<5 years old) and are a young, fast-paced company that is rapidly growing.
