About us
Mobilaris Industrial Solutions, part of Mobilaris Group, is an innovative, fast-growing product company based in Luleå, Sweden. In close collaboration with our customers, our people are creating best-in-class software solutions that digitalize industries to enable smarter, safer and more efficient operations.
In late 2021, we opened the doors to Mobilaris Innovation Center, our new climate-neutral office building in the center of Luleå. It is a great place to work and a unique workplace community where clear-minded companies and people gather to make an impact on the world.
Are you our new CEO?
Today, there is an ongoing industrial transformation in which digitalization is key to enable smarter and more sustainable operations. At Mobilaris Industrial Solutions, we support our customers in their digitalization journey by providing leading software solutions that keep people safe and enable smarter, and more efficient ways of working.
We are now looking for a new CEO who wants to take the company to the next phase, with focus on accelerating growth and contributing to the ongoing industrial tranformation. Today, the Mobilaris Industrial Solutions team consists of approximately ten employees and in the end of the year, we expect to be the double.
We believe that you are a person with strong leadership skills and a drive to create customer value though technology. You have a unique ability to identify the customer's needs and successfully match it with our digital offering. Your main drive is not the technology itself, but instead the positive results companies can achieve by implementing technology. In the end, it is all about bringing technology to the customer to solve a problem. Effortless for the customer, inspiring for us.
To succeed and thrive in the role as CEO, you need to have both leadership and sales experience. You have documented good sales results from previous roles. Any experience of working with industrial companies is an advantage. You know how to lead your own team as well as how to lead the customers in their digital transformation. Through teamwork, you drive growth and achieve set goals.
You are a person who has a great interest in people and find it easy to build strong and longlasting relations, both within and outside the company.
