To support the growth of our business, the Regus Group is looking for a Centre Manager (m/f).
Reporting to the Area Operations Director, the Centre Manager (CM) has the responsibility of maximizing products & services revenue through upselling and suggestive selling to new and existing clients. The CM is a critical player in delivering the ?WOW? service leading to client retention. He/She manages the centre team in order to meet deadlines and service levels and is accountable for the Centre P&L.
To be considered suitable for this role, you will have/be:
• A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• A proven success in a Business to Business Sales environment
• A proven experience in Managing / Leading a team
• A proven experience with P&L and accountability
• A good knowledge of IT
• Excellent English + fluency in Swedish.
